The way we’ve always been
Historically we are a people who unite in the face of adversity. Now, with the rippling effects and restraints of COVID-19, we encourage you to generously reach out in the way we always have. Whatever your circumstance, stand where you are; lift where you can. Stay Greater.
Take strength in the conquering spirit here. Embrace the distinct beauty in our people and our landscapes. Look for and lift those in need. Then find someone else to encourage.
This place is greater than just one passion, greater than just one purpose.
This place is Greater Zion and we invite you to Stay Greater.
Show your support and solidarity with a Stay Greater sign
To help create solidarity and spread a positive message as we work our way through this, we’ve printed a supply of #StayGreater signs to put in front of your business.
We encourage everyone to follow the Stay Safe, Stay Home guidelines, but there are many necessary and essential businesses and organizations still in operation and we appreciate what you are doing to keep our lives as normal as possible. If you’re one of those organizations, or if you want to show your support for the front line workers in our community, we invite you to pick up a FREE Stay Greater sign and display it at your business.
The FREE signs are available for pickup throughout the county at the following locations:
- Springdale – Cable Mountain Lodge
- La Verkin – La Verkin City Offices (435 North Main Street)
- Toquerville – Zion View Bed and Breakfast (Please contact Jessica – 435-668-6676 -to arrange pick-up)
- Hurricane – Hurricane Utilities Office (147 N 870 W Hurricane. please call: 435-635-2811 ext. 4)
- Santa Clara – Dutchman’s Market
- St. George – Dixie Convention Center, St. George Chamber of Commerce
In most locations, you’ll find a small stack of signs outside the building – just pull up and take one.
In addition to the #StayGreater signs, Rainbow Sign and Banner in St. George has graciously offered to print “We’re Open” signs for businesses to utilize. We invite you to reach out to Rainbow directly (435- 628-5107) to arrange pickup.
