Let our all-star team bring your event to life using our longstanding community partnerships and connections to supplement your own, and collaborate to share ideas and resources — all to produce the best possible outcomes for your event.

Sports Venues

There is something unique about hosting a sporting event here. Incredible scenery and outstanding facilities provide the setting. A friendly voice, a welcoming culture, and an accommodating attitude provide the reward. We and our venues are genuinely excited to welcome you to this beautiful place.

Use the sorting tools to cruise through our list of sporting venues. From pickleball courts to award-winning softball complexes to arenas and fields, each is set among the beauty of this amazing landscape we call Greater Zion. (point to venues)

If you need assistance, let us facilitate bids and host venue agreements, as well as plan and coordinate site visits. Use the RFP to start the process and tell us a little about your event and what you’re seeking

Group-Friendly Accommodations

Your event competitors, spectators, fans, and crew are going to need a home away from home. Let our team connect you with those lodging locations that can take care of your whole group – whether it’s coordinating a room block or pointing them to an assortment of options close to your venue. Use the RFP to request lodging options, but also take a preview look at all we offer for accommodations.

Attractions & Activities

Beyond the competition, Greater Zion has all the extras to keep your attendees entertained, inspired, and energized. The surrounding beauty of Greater Zion is inspiring and can serve to bond groups through access to outdoor pursuits and local outfitters and tour companies. Although your athletic endeavors likely come first, Greater Zion means there is an opportunity for fun and unlimited adventures when the competition ends. Greater Zion offers more than 2,400 square miles of adventure and inspiration.

Zion National Park, the third most visited National Park in the United States, is the premier attraction, but Zion is only the beginning. Four state parks and a multitude of year-round recreational lands set the stage for a burgeoning mountain biking scene, ATV adventures, scenic and challenging play at 13 top-rated golf courses, world-class cultural performances at Tuacahn Center for the Arts and so much more.

Let our team connect you with and facilitate all the adventures that are sure to provide memories, appeal, and inspiration.

The Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office operates a couple of Visitor/Welcome centers and your attendees are welcome. Or let us provide your group with travel guides, maps, restaurant lists, and more.

Marketing & PR

If you’re looking for local publicity and local involvement, the Greater Zion team can connect you to local and statewide media outlets and resources, Chambers of Commerce and other organizations.

In addition, the team can offer:

Show them where you’re going to be when you’re granted access to Greater Zion’s images, videos, and promotional copy for your pre-meeting publicity efforts.
