About Greater Zion

Located in the southwest corner of Utah, Greater Zion is a place like no other. Zion National Park, the third most visited national park in the United States, is the flagship destination visitors recognize us for. But Greater Zion represents something beyond the park you know. Over 2,400 square miles of natural wonders await beyond Zion’s borders, with adventure and inspiration around every turn.

Four state parks and a multitude of year-round recreational lands set the stage for a burgeoning mountain biking scene, some of the best off-highway vehicle riding in the country, scenic and challenging play at 14 top-rated golf courses, world-class performances at Tuacahn Center for the Arts, and so much more.

The vibrant communities of St. George, Springdale, Hurricane, Ivins, and every town in between offer a wide range of lodging options, dining experiences, and access to outdoor pursuits through local outfitters and tour companies. This collection of communities and the people who thrive within them are the soul of our area, filling it with history, ambition, and a sense of pride that is profoundly unique.

Home of the 2024 Black Desert Championship PGA TOUR FedExCup, an approaching LPGA tournament event, the Huntsman World Senior Games, three IRONMAN World Championship events, and the historic St. George Marathon, Greater Zion is a tried-and-true destination for sporting events, conferences, and meetings

Our operations are as vast as our captivating landscapes. To explore Greater Zion – the destination or our office – further, contact us.
