When you’re attending a meeting or convention in the Greater Zion and St. George region, the outdoors calls loudly and it can’t be ignored. Did you know that while attending your convention, you’re only 45 minutes from Zion National Park and even closer to the other local gems? You can’t cross a location off your bucket list when all you saw was a conference room, so when Greater Zion is your meeting destination, don’t forget to leave time for exploration.

Bring your meeting or conference to Greater Zion and you may qualify for a rebate up to $5,000 based on your room pick-up! Greater Zion is more than a place for meetings. More than a place to share ideas. More than a place for slideshows and keynotes. This is a place that strikes a chord in your very being. Our facilities and hosting capabilities are impressive. And what lies beyond the walls of our conference rooms will resonate with your attendees for the rest of their lives.

Terms and Conditions:

Must submit an RFP and work with the Greater Zion CVB to distribute the lead.
Must be a non-local group
Must actualize 50+ room nights and book meeting/event space with F&B
Meeting must be 45 number of days out to qualify for the incentive
Credit will be paid directly to the host venue after a post-event survey is completed. The awarded amount is based on actual room pick-up.
Must be a new meeting or a meeting/event that has not booked in Greater Zion since 2018
This offer is not valid for groups already contracted and must be mentioned at the time of booking.
An incentive package cannot exceed $5,000.00 no matter the total number of room nights actualized.
The incentive can be applied to multi-year events only if the events are contracted at the same time.
The Greater Zion Convention & Tourism Office reserves the right to change or modify the program at any time.
Greater Zion will have final determination and approval as to any questions regarding qualifications, the meeting of qualifications and the reward amount to be given.
