What once was a popular food truck has now become a popular plant-based restaurant in St. George! We love the acai bowls, the avocado toast and the vegan nachos!

This family-friendly restaurant is sure to have something for everyone. From salads to power bowls to burgers to pasta – all with a healthy twist – you’ll be sure to find something to accommodate your diet!

This family-owned business is popular with locals looking for a healthier meal. They serve up delicious salads and warm bowls that will leave you satisfied and wanting to come back for more!

Ahi’s Taste of Asia

This yummy Asian restaurant has many different choices including quite a few healthy options. Their menu features many Asian-inspired salads, rice bowls, plenty of veggie dishes and they are very accommodating when it comes to customers’ dieting needs. 

Viva Chicken

This Peruvian rotisserie chicken restaurant has many fresh and tasty choices. We absolutely love the quinoa-stuffed avocado and the Tacu Bowl! Their unique sauces are also a must try!

Hawaiian Poke Bowl

This restaurant is a hidden gem in Greater Zion. The owner is a native Hawaiian and makes excellent poke bowls, in fact many people will tell you it tastes just like the poke you find in Hawaii. These rice bowls are fresh, healthy and delicious!

FeelLove Coffee

You won’t find just coffee at this unique shop, you’ll also find some really good food! They feature mouth-watering breakfasts, flavorful lunches and delightful pastries, including many vegan, gluten-free and keto options. They have locations in both St. George and Springdale.

This cozy cafe in downtown Hurricane is a great spot to grab breakfast, lunch or dinner. They feature plenty of healthy dishes including gluten-free and vegetarian options. We also love that they have a quaint, outdoor dining area.

Pig’s Ear American Bistro

This restaurant is fantastic! Every dish is beautiful and delicious. Their menu features a wide variety of choices including many for the health-conscious individual and the not-so-health-conscious individual. It’s also worth noting that they have beautiful mountain views!

Cafe Soleil

This Springdale cafe uses healthy, organic and local ingredients whenever possible. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner with plenty of vegan and vegetarian choices. It’s also just steps away from Zion National Park!
