Nestled in the Red Rocks and the shadow of Zion National Park (5.1 miles) sits this quaint four bedroom four bathroom bed and breakfast.

Each individual room has a sitting area to enjoy a good book and the red rock scenery out the window. The dining room offers a plethora of coffees, teas, and hot chocolates, along with an ice machine and filtered water to fill your Camel Backs for your daily hikes. The Parlor has a large 70 inch flat screen TV to enjoy a good movie, not to mention two sitting areas to just chat or play one of the many board or card games. On the property are orchards with many different type of trees producing pistachios, peaches, pomegranates, persimmons, plums, pecans, figs, and apples that guests are welcome to pick. With the mature trees around the property, one can enjoy an evening outside on the patio or sitting on the porch enjoying the sunset.

What you need to know

• Though you won’t find any restaurants in the town of Rockville, Springdale (4 miles) and Hurricane (17 miles) have a plethora of shops and restaurants for you to enjoy.
• Reminiscent of the homes of early Mormon pioneers, the Tyler Inn at Zion offers all the modern amenities, including private baths and Wi-Fi Internet access in each guestroom.
• You are also welcome to use the porch, where you can enjoy mountain views or have fun watching the hummingbirds chasing each other.
• Situated halfway between Bryce Canyon and Grand Canyon’s North Rim, the Tyler Inn at Zion also makes visiting 3 national parks in one trip not only doable, but very affordable.
• Roll-away bed is also available for the additional $10 per night.
