lecture series flu pandemic

As the ashes settled after November 11th, 1918, we saw why people called WWI the “war to end all wars.” Thirty million people lost their lives. Toward the end of the war, soldiers began dying of what was called “The Spanish Flu” and now we contend with the Coronavirus pandemic. Wise people say that if we do not learn from the past we’ll be doomed to repeat it.

This lecture will begin at 7:30 pm on September 15th. An informal gathering begins at 6:30 pm in the Lorberbaum-Stahl Studio. Tickets are $15, including refreshments.
