Lisa Hopkins Seegmiller, a Tony Award Winner and Grammy Award Nominee, is a nationally acclaimed singer, actress and professor.  She earned a B.A. from Yale and a M.M. from the Manhattan School of Music and was an early protégé of the world’s top faculty at Juilliard and Curtis. Lisa made her Broadway debut and won her Tony Award singing the leading role of Mimi in La Bohème. Diverse and iconic roles have also been hers at Tuacahn in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and in Cats. Joining Lisa on stage will be her three children and her mother, Barbara, a Juilliard-trained pianist, whose playing can be heard weekly at the Conference Center in Salt Lake City. Please come and welcome the Seegmiller family to the Tabernacle as they share their talents with us.
