Lake to Lake Relay

Course: A 50-mile team relay from Gunlock Reservoir to Sand Hollow Reservoir. The running route will take runners through scenic landscapes of Southern Utah along city trail systems and back roads.

Teams: Teams will consist of 5 people (Open Men, Open Women, and Co-Ed) with each individual completing a minimum of two legs (roughly 5 miles each) of the relay. For the co-ed team, you need at least 2 women on the team. There will also be 2-person teams as well as an Ultra event.

Banquet: Gardner student center at Dixie State University (S 900 E, St. George, UT 84770)

Captains’ Meeting: Will be on Friday, March 7, 2020, at St. George City Hall from 5 PM – 8 PM (175 N 200 E, St. George, UT 84770)

Awards: Top 3 overall co-ed teams; Top 3 overall men’s teams; Top 3 overall women’s teams; Top 3 overall 2-person teams; Top 3 overall Ultra Runners. All finishers get a finisher medal.
