The Farmers Market at Vernon Worthen Park is a free event, held every Saturday, from 8 am to 12 noon. The event is held every Saturday through the end of October.

The  Market features a variety of vendors from all over Washington and Iron County, selling seasonal produce such as fruits and vegetables, free-range beef, pork, and lamb, cheeses such as goat, feta, gouda and cheddar, free-range organic eggs, local honey, granola, live plants, herbs, fabric goods, soaps & lotions, jewelry, woodwork, hot coffee, pastries and more.  Anything and everything homegrown, homemade and/or locally produced.

In addition to more than twenty-five vendors selling their goods, the market features local musicians playing from 9:30 – 12 Noon. The Market is open to the public to enjoy the music and the beautiful Southern Utah mornings.  This is a place to do your weekly shopping for produce, shop for gifts, artwork or a new plant for the yard, enjoy breakfast and some local Southern Utah music.
