Join Utah Tech  for an informal conversation about our beautiful geological landscape that also creates significant hazards and risks to our area, including rock falls that cross (and sometimes stop in the middle of) our roads and highways!

The Science Café provides a venue for open and accessible science discussions with the regional community – a science background is not necessary to attend and participate!

Panelists:

Alex Tye – Utah Tech University Geology and Director, Lyman Southwest Geosciences Center

Robyn Henderek – Zion/National Parks Service Physical Scientist

Tyler Knudsen – Utah Geological Survey
