St George Dance Company is excited to adapt to the stage one of the greatest scary stories ever written! Mary Shelley’s “Frankenstein”, written in 1818, has been a classic since, but has never been adapted for the screen in it’s true spirit. None of the films made so far have told the real story. Readers of the book are often surprised to find that the monster is not a slow, inarticulate, green brute. Shelley crafted a scary villain because of his cunning and manipulative intelligence, which St. George Dance Company will bring to life through dance. Andrielle Davidson directs them.
